Walk in River Road Preserve. Autumn olives on the upper edge of the Shepaug River. A few black walnuts as well. Autumn olives are being dehydrated, and then will likely have them as part of a stuffing for a pumpkin dish I’ll serve at the 16 Cubits event this weekend.
